Who we are

Game Specter (gamespecter.app) is a Discord bot and web panel for DayZ server admins. This page describes the data we need to run that service.

What we collect

When you sign in: your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the servers you can manage. When you use the bot or DayZ mod: server settings and player data you send or that the bot sees for features you turn on (Steam/Discord IDs, playtime, wallets, shop, votes, and — if enabled — Discord messages for anti-spam). Payments go through Stripe, PayPal, or Monobank. We store plan and payment status, not full card numbers.

Why we use it

To operate the panel and bot, bill paid plans, and run the features you enable. We do not sell personal data.

Who else sees it

Hosting is on Cloudflare. Discord delivers bot and login data. Stripe, PayPal, or Monobank process payments. Vote listing sites only if you connect them.

How long we keep it

While the Discord server uses Game Specter. You can ask us to delete a server’s data. Session and language cookies stay in your browser until they expire or you sign out.
